They will take a report of the missing animal and try to match it against
the animals in Hattiesburg. The Mississippi animals are being sent to
Hattiesburg if stray or pickup. If someone caught it and turn it in as a
surrender, it could have gone out with one of the rescue groups. They may
still be able to match it up to a report.
If in Gulfport, have them check with Project Halo on 27th street, right off
I-49, turn right if headed toward the beach. (One block before Pass Road.)
If around Biloxi, I believe the animals are processing through the Jackson
County Fairgrounds. Animal control can verify if that is where they moved.
They are also transporting to Hattiesburg.
