Beg to differ. Cold weather means heating season with all the accompanying
dusts and moulds being blown around the house by your forced air heating
system. Plus no matter where you go, the air isn't exchanged often enough
so you get everyone else's germs and are always fighting off one cold or
another. Walking outside is a challenge if not downright dangerous and
driving always depends on not hitting the nuts that didn't bother to buy
winter tires. Instead of mowing, you're shovelling or ploughing or salting
or just plain shivering.
The only plus side is that the dog's coats are GORGEOUS but then they fall
out as soon as the snow melts.
Mary-Anne ...who is enjoying a 72 degree Fahrenheit Thanksgiving Sunday in
Northern Ontario and NOT looking forward to winter.

I love the snow and cold weather- when I retire for real I am moving north-
cold weather means no allergies , no flies and bugs- and my husband
doesn't mow grass 6 days a week
