I am lucky (or not) to have a butcher that will save me a whole stinking,
seriously stinking, fresh stomach I cut it up and freeze most as there is
so much of it. The best part is that the butcher is 5 miles from me & it
costs me nothing but labor. She saves me heart, liver, kidney & knuckle
bones.
