[ SHOWGSD-L ] Gratitude to Austin/San Antonio

As always, the Austin and San Antonio clubs put on four excellent shows this
past weekend.Some very nice dogs, good food, and for the most part good
weather. Friday got brutal ugly cold and windy, but Saturday and Sunday were
warm and sunny. Our Bailey/Hayley pups (Hatchet,Hammer,and Selena) did well.
Hatchet won his 6-9 class once of two shows shown, Hammer was shown at the
other two shows and won his class at both. Selena was shown at all four shows,
won her class at all four, and went Best Puppy twice. So all in all, the pups
had a good weekend of learning about being on the grooming table, learning to
navigate the ring, and most importantly having fun. We liked this litter so
much that we did it again, and we now have six dogs and three bitches in the
repeat that are a month old.
Many thanks to all of the club members for doing such an outstanding job. It
was solid gold fun.
