I think that they have been offered at every National, the past few years. It
would seem that if one can take one's dog to the Best of Breed ring there, or
even to the classes, then one could also put their dog through the TT.
Maybe not, though.
I guess if you can't, you can't! I always tell young people, when they tell
me that they "can't" do something, that they are right....they can't!
Helen Franklin and I don't agree with each other much, and are not each other's
biggest fans :-)
but, I am forever thankful, for our breed's sake, that she developed the
GSDCA's AOE program. It is too bad that it takes an award to push some
breeders into testing their dog's temperament in a public venue! Good job,
