Hi,
Ok, I did exactly as the treasurer advised, crossed out both UPC codes on the
back, but I did not scratch out my name...signed my envelope, sealed it and
then put it into another plain white envelope and addressed that one to the
Election Service put two stamps on it and sent it last week...Now is my vote
going to count?
