Would Molly please explain the statement "The idea has not been nixed, but
my understanding is it stalled a little with the internet chair. "
I do not understand why she is saying that.
John Ayotte is working on this item along with other items for the web site.
It is a function of the entire Board stating that they want this to be done.
It is in test. One key item is that more computer capacity is needed to
handle this audio streaming play back.
The increased capacity has been requested by the Internet Chair and is in
process.
I fail to understand why people mis state information they hear at Board
meetings or they take it out of context.

Molly, thanks for that info. Having the intact minutes were sent to Bill for
genertation by e-mail to the List and the general membership will be a major
step in what I call the beginning of a new day of "Sunshine" for the
membership. Those that have access to e-mail will brough up to date in a
timely
manner and those who don't have access to e-mail will receive the minutes via
the
regular Board o Gram. This decision by Bill is going to be the start of a
long awaited and asked for means of opening the lines of communications.
Molly, I know you stated that the transmission of the minutes "is stalled a
little with the internet chair", but I'm sure that there are computer savy
people out here in "Listland" that will be more than happy to aid him Bill in
his efforts, if he deems it necessary. Thanks to Margy and Bill for what looks
like the "transparency" that all members are begging for and thanks Molly
for letting us know this may be happening.
