Capital One is one of the hardest credit card companies to deal with. I have
three cards with them, Two business and
one personal, only reason I tolerate them it because I like the money back
reward program they offer. Two give 1%
back and one gives 2% back, use that one more than any of the others. When you
have a complaint they do not work
for you they appear to side with the otherside, don't care for that.
