AND to complicate matters, if you think breed people are persnickety about  
judges (for those that aren't involved in performance) well, let me tell  
you...performance people (and I can be one of them too lol) ARE WORSE.
 
Pick an unpopular performance judge and just watch your entries go to  zip.

One thing though we are going to have to get more vigilant on......really  
looking far and wide for more provisional judges.   I am going off  topic 
here, but the normal fee's that obedience judges are charging are  starting to 
come off the wall for a lot of clubs, including ours.    I do wish they 
would realize that a small specialty club does not have the  same resources as 
a very large AB club.   I think we may be looking  to a per dog fee only and 
those that don't want to do that, well we move on to  the next.
