[ SHOWGSD-L ] GSD in Ohio with enormous tumor in kill shelter!!!

Below is his petfinder link. He was dropped at this shelter 4/18 and must be in
some amount of pain from this pendulous tumor!!!! Can anyone in Ohio foster? We
have two other GSDs who are facing a GUN this weekend if they are not out of
the owners home! We have NO more room in PA/OH!!!!!! HELP!
