This is fromthe Policy and Procedures Manual as well as the BY Laws (included
at the back of
the PandP) page 62.
> Section 4 (b):

> b) By lapsing. A member's membership is considered lapsed if he/she has
> failed to pay his/her dues for any year by January 1 of such year and
> such members will be dropped from the roster of the Club as of that
> date. In no case may a person whose dues are unpaid as of the date of a
> Club meeting be entitled to vote at such meeting A membership will be
> considered as lapsed and automatically terminated if such member's dues
> remain unpaid 90 days after the first day of the fiscal year; however,
> the board may grant an additional 90 days of grace to such delinquent
> members in meritorious cases. Members paying during the grace period
> will retain the continuity of their membership

meetings.
