I am trying to help a German Shepherd, male, between 1 - 2 yrs. old find a
home. This young man came to my home in Mount Gilead, Ohio on Friday 5/26/06.
I live in the country and my suspicion is that someone dumped him out here. I
contacted my area dog shelter to see if perhaps he was reported lost. No
luck. Same with our area Dog Warden. He had no collar and was very hungry
when
he showed up and his ribs were very prominent. I took him to my vet to check
for a chip or tattoo and he has none. She stated he appears to be between the
age of 1 and 2 and seems fit and in good health. He is tan and black, and is
not neutered. He has a good demeanor, is playful, and appears eager to
please. He is a big guy and needs someone who will spend time training him. I
cannot keep him as I have two dogs and five cats of my own. Could you please
