In California, when the CVMA Board sponsored CA AB1634 (spay/neuter
bill - Levine), we rallied the California VETS by emailing,
snailmailing, calling, visiting. Two of us got the snail mail address
by going vet by vet through the internet and volunteers printed,
stamped and sent the letters. Taking the AVMA membership book,
pulling out CA Vets, we found email addresses for thousands of them,
and sent emails to those thousands. The Vets took back the control of
their Association and CVMA pulled their sponsorship.
The working vets need to be aware of what their "leaders" are doing
and letting them know that those leaders must be stopped.
