Just a little clarification:

Adolph's meat tenderizer contains Papain, Derived from pineapples, it's an
enzyme that breaks down proteins. Also called a protease.

Viokase contains 3 components: protease to break down proteins, lipase to
break down fats, and amylase to break down starches.

So while Adolph's is great for tenderizing steaks, it can't help in breaking
down starches or fats so it's not interchangeable with Viokase. I have no
clue as to whether or not it breaks the poop eating habit!

I was waiting for someone else to do it, but since no one seems to be
saying
it, don't miss Adolph's meat tenderizer. Lots cheaper and does the same
thing.
