Most likely, it is snow fence, especially if it is the orange
fencing.....if it's wire, it's the livestock thing I sent the article
about.
I guess it depends on how one's mind works...I thought everybody
knew what the orange snowfence was...but maybe not. People who've
never driven in snow country wouldn't know, I guess.
