CALIFORNIA UPDATE FEDERAL LAWSUIT
In California ACF filed a federal lawsuit against LA County and
California's SB861. The laws being challenged directly target the Dog
Fancy and responsible breeders. The intent of such laws are to stop
breeding of purebred canines altogether. Mandatory spay and neuter
laws with breeding restrictions will be proven unconstitutional at
trial.
At this time ACF is fighting three motions filed by San Francisco, LA
County and the State of California to dismiss the federal lawsuit.
ACF attorneys find the motions have no merit and to be frivolous. The
Defendants are attempting to drain ACF's financial resources by
filing frivolous motions and wasting the courts time. Hearings are
set for November 2006 in the federal case.
Donations to fight in federal court in California have stopped coming
in. ACF had discovered individual Dog Fanciers who support LA
County's law to be fabricating rumors in an attempt to stop
donations. Also we have discovered email lists where rumors have been
circulating in attempts to stop ACF from moving forward. ACF will
keep going in federal court until our resources run out. We need to
raise at least another 25.000.00 dollars to continue fighting in
California to get to trial !! We just had our accounts divide the
donations ACF has received to fight BSL this year and to fight in
federal court in California we have received an actual 9.110.00
dollars. Earlier ACF released figures however they we not calculated
by our accounts.
ACF has on stand -by a lawsuit ready to file in the State Superior
Court against LA County which will ensure the courts hear our
challenges.

ALABAMA UPDATES
In 2005 ACF filed a federal lawsuit in Lanett Alabama to stop BSL.
ACF's federal lawsuit against the city of Lanett has survived motions
to dismiss and we are now in discovery !!!!!
COLORADO UPDATES
ACF filed a federal lawsuit against Aurora for banning ten breeds of
canines several months ago. The City of Aurora filed their answer and
did not file a motion to dismiss the case. The case is moving forward !!!
ACF's Marci Grebing filed a Writ with the Colorado Supreme Court over
her rights to intervention in the 2005 Denver v Colorado lawsuit
where a frivolous unpublished decision was given by the political
Denver District Court claiming that Denver has a right over Home Rule
Authority and can ban breeds of canines and ignore the existing state
law prohibiting BSL.
ACF's attorney Carol Chan placed Denver City Attorney Kory Nelson on
notice for slandering ACF accusing us of defending dogfighters on his
joke of a yahoogroups site where he has 12 members ! Mr Nelson has
since removed the slanderous text. ACF is intending on suing Mr
Nelson in the future with the intent of using the money won in the
case for fighting BSL !!! Mr Nelson also was turned into the FBI for
corruption by Colorado State Representative Debbie Stafford in 2005.
ACF's Tina Villani is moving forward with two state lawsuits in
Colorado to stop BSL at this time !!
WASHINGTON UPDATES
ACF is preparing to sue Auburn for passing BSL and is finished a
public records request to obtain all the evidence needed. Auburns
defense is police in 2004-2005 shot at 5 Pit Bull looking dogs !
OHIO
The Tellings case is moving forward and animal rights organizations
are becoming desperate to stop the case. Mr Tellings received a call
from an attorney from a national animal rights group offering him
17.000.00 dollars and if he should choose to fire ACF's attorney they
would take over the case. That incident was reported to the FBI and
the bar association in the state the lawyer from the AR group
practices law for soliciting for a plaintiff !
Mr Tellings is not on retainer with Ohio lawyer Sol Zendorf, ACF has
signed the retainer and Mr Tellings is a member of ACF, he has no
power to fire ACF's Ohio attorney.
Any future attempts from animal rights organizations to stop the
Tellings case will result in an all out war in the courts where ACF
will prevail ! So far there has been serious evidence tampering in
the Tellings case, a frivolous ruling from the trial court and
politics involving animal rights influence. ACF is prepared to take
the Tellings case to the United States Supreme Court to end BSL.
