I've been trying to figure this guy out.
If you go to the site, most of the photos you see will be taken by "Josh"
not Matt Snader. Then click on Buckeye puppies and you'll see the same set
up for Ohio.
If you go to either site, there's no way to advertise your puppies (none
that I can find anyway). Not that I want to list puppies, but if it was a
legitimate advertising service, wouldn't there be a way? Or have the Amish
"found" the internet and is this the extended Snader family? And if it
is...that may be fine too...just the whole set up is odd.
This should be interesting...

Matt Snader of "Lancaster Puppies"...
Does not own any dogs/puppies
Does not kennel dogs/puppies
Does not transport any dogs/puppies
Does not house any dogs/puppies
Does not whelp bitches
Does not take any telephone calls for questions about dogs/puppies for sale
Does not involve Lancaster Puppies with any transaction; monetary or
otherwise
What does Lancaster Puppies do? Just like any newspaper classified
service...'Lancaster Puppies' offers classified advertising. And for those
classified ads 'Lancaster Puppies' gets paid.
Pennsylvania Department of Dog Law is attempting to force Matt Snader to
purchase a kennel license according to PA Act 119.
PA Act 119 defines a "dealer" partly as anyone who..."sells or offers for
sale any dog belonging to another person for consideration..." We
understand.
Matt Snader owns and operates an Internet Classified Ad company.
Pennsylvania Department of Dog Law disagrees. They are demanding that Matt
maintain a "dealer kennel license".
What's next Governor Corbett? Who's next Secretary Greig?
