Hey Mo... so is she saying that city regulations require voter approval? That
is a bit unusual. Most cities pass regulations via City Commission all the
time, and the voters never know about it.

Here is what I got back from Terri............Mo
Mo.......They may push for it and it might go through, but I am sure we will
have to vote on it. Austin is a very animal friendly, especially dogs, and I
would not count on this kind of issue passing. It seems to me that this is kind
of a common sense kind of deal and taxpayers dollars are not spent wisely when
these things get on the ballots. So I hope this does not happen. Have a good
