Don't fall for the "it won't effect me" argument. Once such a bill is on the 
books it is a piece of cake to lower the numbers.

Start with the states where there are few people and little organization to 
fight and then point to these laws as you try to pass them in other states - 
part of the AR agenda. They are also currently trying to pass a similar law in 
WV. These bills will pass if people do not help. Is one of these states in your 
back yard? If so your state could be next.

Montana. **SET FOR HEARING** House Bill 515 provides that “a person may not
own, possess, control, or otherwise have charge or custody of more than 25
dogs that are 6 months of age or older and have intact sexual organs at any
time for the purpose of breeding those dogs and selling any offspring as
pets.” This bill is set to be heard before the House Agriculture
Committee on March 3rd. Check the Breaking News page of the PIJAC website
soon for a PetAlert on this bill.
