(Sacramento) on Monday July 9,2007 Senate Republican Caucus Chair George C
Runner of Antelope Valley will lead the opposition to Assembly Bill 1634
authored by Assemblyman Lloyd Devine(D-Van Nuys). Sen Runner will be joined
by members of Petpac and others who oppose this measur, shich will force
nearly alldog andcat owners in California to surgically sterilize there pets
or face a $500. fine.
The bill is scheduled for a hearing in the Senate Local Government
Committe July 11.
