I remember him vivadly!
I had the extreme pleasure of giving him BIF in the NE at my first Fut/Mat
assignment. I am not home to tell you the exact male entry but the show
required 2 judges and Jimmy Moses did bitches.
Hawkeye won his class but was a gangly teenager and Donovan was a picture in
black and a bright red tan package. Clean on both ends, a very suspended easy
sidegait, masculine and sound with beautiful body and type. Gary Staser showed
him to me.
I have the picture if anyone would like it.
BTW.... GV. Caesar was my Maturity winner.
Those were the days!

Pardon me everyone if I interrupt all this lively "dog"
talk.................but does anyone remember a beautiful standing dog
who used to be advertised quite a bit back in the 70's or 80's and his
name was Donovan. I don't know what his kennel name was or who owned
him. I'm trying to locate a picture of him. Anyone know who I'm
