[ SHOWGSD-L ] Futurity Finals Question

If people think it's important that we have Futurity Reserve winners in
the regions competing and then they go to the National, how come we
don't have Futurity Reserve winners at the National also? Example:
Futurity Reseve Victor. If they made it that far and are that good to
compete on this level, why not reward them as they were given the chance
at their region to win the reserve title there...........why not carry
it over to the National level? If it's important enough for
recognization at the regional level, why not the National level as
well? Just curious, Barbara
