Dan, here you are wrong. When a suit is filed "jointly" i.e. the board
and "severally" the individual, each must have enough liability insurance
to cover the issue. Ther is a real fear here for the individual. What was
it, 5-6 years ago that the allowed the individual members of a Board of
Directors to be sued individually.
