[ SHOWGSD-L ] Food and water

I don't leave food and water around all day for my dogs. If I did not only
would they weigh 150 pounds but I'd have a lake in my house as they cheerfully
wallowed in it. Where does it say we are to have access 24/7 to food and water?
My horses don't have access to hay all day long either although I do have full
water troughs. Anja
