I did get a response from Bill as to the funds spent on the attorney and  
parliamentarian. They were very reasonable and total was less than  $10,000.00. 
 
I am sure it will be in the minutes. Bill did a great job to  respond to me in 
the middle of everything else that is going on.
 
I also asked about Lorain Schowalter's bequest. I did a new will for  Lorain, 
that never got signed. It left a couple hundred thousand dollars to the  
club, but was up upheld. The entire estate went to the woman who took Lorain to 
 
an attorney when she was so sick, to do a new will leaving everything, (over a  
million dollars) to her.  Bill provided me that information as well. 
 
No one wanted me to fight the will, and it was thrown out in court, and the  
court of appeals reinstated it. 
 
I was pleased that something went to the GSDCA, (under $10,000), but I know  
Lorain wanted to leave more.
 
I am just an attorney and have enough battles without looking for  more.  
But, it does bother me that I couldn't have tried the case in  court.
