What is fair, is what you both can agree on. In any contract both sides 
want to gain an advantage, or they wouldn't be doing it. 
The point is, even with dogs, you have to find a way to compromise and 
agree. If you don't do not do a co-ownership. You are just looking for trouble 
in 
the future. 


We have co-owned with a lot of people, and never had a problem. But, we 
started with the premise that these are our friends, and what they want, is 
what 
we want. Try to reach that point, or walk away. 

Dogs can't be business issues, they take too much care, mean too much, and 
require both sides to be happy. That is not easy.
