My thoughts exactly. I believe it is penny wise and pound foolish not to run
lots of educational articles and articles of interest int he club's magazine
and
not worry so much about the ads. If there was a reason to read it, more people
might consider advertising. Right now most non conformation folks have little
reason to even look at the magazine. There are far more GSDs outside the
conformation ring than inside and there are lots of people hungry for
information.

members or in reality for the majority of the membership if we do not give them

As a pretty new member (just a couple years), I can say that the Review was
definitely a reason I joined and part of the reason I plan to stay. Would not
like bi-monthly or no color - - but more interviews with judges, handlers, vets
(what about an article on AI with Dr. Hutch or something like that), trainers -
- all would be really useful to new people and possibley not so new?
