Hi guys,
A1026 passed out of committee today. Contact the author, Senator Sweeney
and your Senator to express your view on this bill. It would provide
mandatory spay/neuter of ALL animals leaving a shelter, including those
being reclaimed by their owners. The "exemptions" are impossible to meet,
