A young female German Shepherd found on Windmill Road near Ferguson Road by
Coastal Concord Inn with a bark collar. Tattoo series is PB23W in right
ear. If anyone knows who may own this dog or tattoo series please contact
Pat or Paula at 469-2806. Dog is safe and warm. She seems to be under a
year and has been worked with i.e. sit, etc. Very friendly.
