There is a 100 dollar breeding permit for the City of Houston. I only found
out about it when I questioned why the intact permit was raised from 25 to
50 dollars. Its no wonder responsible owners start breaking the law by not
registering their dogs. We are tired of being the ones taxed to death for
doing the right thing.
