[ SHOWGSD-L ] Evan's critique of my posts

Generally, I would make this private or just ignore it. However, Evan has
decided to complain about my two posts and to imply that I am saying
something that I do not say, nor mean publically on this list.
I never critized Lanalee nor Fred, nor the committe for their work and
dedication to the NIS. I DID say that, in my opinion, the artist that is used
to interpret and illustrate our AKC, GSD standard should be someone
that has not publically declared that she did not like our American type
dogs (&
therefore, I assume) our standard.
Also, when I read that the committee had withdrawn this NIS for consideration,
I was very happy. I also THANKED the NIS committee for listening to those
of us that had strong objections to this particular interpretation of our
standard.
I did NOT critize them - I thanked them.
I have no idea, Evan, why you have decided to publically complain about my
posts when others have said the same thing. I do think that it looks just
a little
biased. I will repeat, I am very happy that the current NIS has been pulled
from consideration & I thank the committee for doing so. I will not
apologize for
having strong personal opinions on the American style German Shepherd Dog
& the future of the judging & interruption of this dog.
