[ SHOWGSD-L ] Eukanuba Breeder of the Year

Does anyone else get Dog News?? You know at the Eukanuba Show,they award
Breeder of the year They take one from each AKC Group and Dog News stated that
Jimmy & Sheree Moses had been selected as representing the Herding Group
Breeder of the year. I'm not sure who or how the winner of the seven Groups
is
decided( Who votes or when) Does anyone else know?? . Thought I'd pass that
