Elizabeth.....I would bet that every great handler out there has had the same
feelings and experiences. Remember: Attitude is everything. It's tough to
smile when you feel beaten, it's not easy to be gracious when you feel you've
been cheated, but take these lessons and let them mold you into a better
person by overcoming adversity and smiling in the face of defeat. Never let
'em
see you sweat, kiddo....keep your dignity and good sportsmanship about you and
just do your job to the best of your ability. The next show will be much
better.
Now go out and play and imagine yourself winning the next dog show. :-)
