My policy is to request that they hold off until 18 months. When the bitch
comes in season during that time, I board her for free. This has worked
well for me. Also, the pups are sold on limited registration annnnnnnd I
make sure they pay enough for a dog that so they want to take care of
it. I as well as others ask questions, but more than that, it is important
what the people do and how they and their children act around me.
