PPA has not been available in over-the-counter products for a long time now. You can still obtain it directly (by prescription) from compounding pharmacies and veterinary clinics. This *might* (or might not -- I don't know) change at some point in the future. For now though, we are good. Just read the above link and, if you have any questions, ask about PPA at your vet's.
