Somehow that is not the picture I want in my head when eating
BLTs, Bacon and eggs, big ham roast.......?
Might even be willing to pay the $444 for the ham, to keep from
getting that visual. Forget the smelly green tripe either way....<G>

My son, brother and I every so often travel to a city called Riverdale (
southwest of Fresno) to a pig farm called "Pick a Pig" they have hundreds of
all sizes to choose from. You pick out the one you like, they weigh it
,theykill it, boil the hair off it, gut it, cut it ( all of this is done in
your presence) and within about 30 minutes they load it in your car and off
to the butcher you go! Cost of a 240 pound pig? About $ 275.00..... Cost of
200 pounds of stinky green tripe? $444.85!!!!! Something is very very
wrong! lol FB
