And this does not address dogs brought in for individual. The words
are "for resale." It says it about three times in there.
In order for those who are working on these "proposed" rules to know
what the hang-ups might be for legitimate imports for one's own use,
there is a comments url. Please use it. By the way, it does NOT
impede bringing in pups either. The dogs must be over 6 months old
for resale, research or ... I'm tired.
