My son was moving some old (OLD!) lumber farther back into the acreage last
weekend and found an original sign for this property..........5 acres,
Improved, $2950, 10% down. :-)
When Jim first started building, he was doing 25 ft lots in the East San
Fernando Valley, 999 sq.ft, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, $9999.00, $99 down. Before
he
died, we went all over taking pictures of many of the houses, then selling for
over $200,000.
