It is a shame this happened, the trust with the Diamond Co. is gone and now

Vicki,
Yes, It can happen to any food company-dog or human. Just look at what
happened to our local Chi-Chi's awhile back. People lost family members due
to germs found in the onions! Diamond will probably have to overdo their
safety issues in order to win back consumer's trust. I remember years ago
there were dogs dying from eating DAD'S dog food. (local PA company.) I
guess the train transporting the food had a poisonous gas get into the
bags-some kind of train fuel fumes or whatever. I was feeding it at the
time. We never know what will happen. Again, we should be aware of how our
dogs act and watch for any signs of illness and be aware that it could be
the food. Anytime, anywhere. I'm glad your dogs are o.k
