At times, there appears to be a lot of miscommunication on the List...
Paula, I don't think Jessica's post was aimed at you. I believe she was
talking about the discussion on FaceBook -- not anything you said. The only
issue anyone could have with your post about Harley is the fact that the
promotion of stud dogs is not allowed on this List. That's it. I doubt if
anyone thought you were bashing Dallas. I know I didn't get that impression.

I certainly am NOT bashing Dallas. I answered a question about Dallas-free
lines. I love the dog and am breeding into his lines. Sorry if anyone
misinterpreted what I wrote. I simply stated FACTS. Provable FACTS. Dallas
has qualities that I strongly feel would compliment, and be complimented by, my
dog. He was a great show dog, a great pet, and a great producer. That is what
selective breeding of pure-bred dogs is all about, isn't it?. Thank you all for

and trying to not share anything with you all. I have been only sending
Birthday wishes. I will happily stop if someone would like to take over my

one day. I was stressing about toughening up to read them. JR said, "Delete
them." I thought about it, did it, and felt very liberated. Evan
was right when he warned me that I didn't have tough enough skin for this

What I do fail to understand is why should there be a public discussion of
anyones dog? I don't care who he/she is, what he/she has done or might be
responsible for, it is not right to TRASH people's dogs on a public forum. It's
bad enough that people talk behind everyone's back, but this is disgusting...
And I can say that both as a breeder and stud dog owner...
Sharing knowledge WHEN ASKED, is one thing.. This is just mean..

Why was this put on showgsd-l? I thought this list was not supposed to be used
to promote peoples dogs. I think you should have replied to the person without
