Any vet can draw the blood for the Flash test (Dr. Clemmons' test that he
developed at the University of Florida), but the blood must be sent to UF
and specifically to Dr. Clemmons himself for the test to be run. I have
heard rumors that the Flash test is no longer available, so I would contact
the University of Florida first to see of the test is still available.
