Today was our resentencing for our dog court case for selling a puppy
without a kennel license and yes that was all it was. You could tell that
the judge was furious at having been overturned on his punishment. He said
he didn't believe for one minute that I wouldn't try selling covertly. He
gave me the original fine and that was all he could do. He said the next
time if there was one he would give me probation and a $1000 fine and then
he would impose inspections again. I don't think he understood the
Appellate ruling on that. At least it's over except for the bill. Everyone
