In line with this, the board needs to address several issues, as I see it:
1. Why was Hunte allowed a private presentation
2. Why was an illegal closed door session directed
3. It was know well in advance that this would come up at this meeting, why
did the two "factions" of the board unite before the vote was to be taken so
that everyone knew where they stood - legally and vote-wise?

According to the PClub rules...any applicant for membership that has been
challenged is allowed a hearing and must be addressed in a closed session.
With that, the same PClub rules allow the prospective member to receive all
negative comments and prepare a response.
The same is offered to "any" perspective applicant that is challenged for
membership so Mr. Hunte did not receive special treatment...he received his
due...just as anyone else would.
Another poster stated I still had not explained my vote. Not exactly true
and I have to my RALEEF committee and others who have asked. I also
expressed concern of violating contents of a "closed session"...and rightly
so.
Now Mr. Hunte's entire presentation has been released for review so I am
free to express my opinion.
After reading the posts on "Da List" over the last 2 weeks, I have concluded
that "nothing I say" would change the minds of those people who claim they
want to know. The reason being is you've already dismissed anything I might
address from Mr. Hunte's words as "puke", lies, and unbelieveable. To many
of you...Andrew Hunte is the Devil so I am the Devil's Disciple. If you
don't believe "anything" he said in his presentation it would be futile for
me to address my reasoning. You've already dismissed anything I could say
out of hand.
In an earlier post...Tony C used the term "divide and conquer" and he is
right. However, we have not been
divided by Andrew Hunte, but rather by the ARO's as it has been their
strategy for years and...it is working perfectly. The AR sycophants want all
companion animals eliminated from the planet...period. John Bryant from his
book called "Fettered Kingdoms" writes..."Let us allow the dog to disappear
from our brick and concrete jungles...from our firesides...from the leather
nooses and chains by which we enslave it." He adds..."The cat...like the
dog, must disappear. We should cut the domestic cat free from or dominance
by neutering, neutering, and more neutering, until our pathetic version of
the cat ceases to exist." Do any of you actually think you could work
reasonably with such a man?
Like it or not...and I don't...there are 6,000,000 puppies sold every year.
All of AKC (hobby breeders +) is responsible for about 945,000...Hunte
Corp...1,000,000. The ARO's want 0 and are doing everything in their power
to achieve that goal. The truly down side is that they are succeeding with
all to great frequency. The HSUS now has over $150 million in donations and
are spending millions sponsoring Spay & Neuter laws and sympathetic
politicians in every State in the Union.
I would propose we work to defeat those efforts. I would also propose we do
our best to educate and elevate the Standards in breeding and sales of the
5,000,000 animals sold every year that we don't influence. However...we cast
them as the enemy not worthy of our knowledge or assistance.
I also want to take a moment and address my post from yesterday. I meant
nothing by it other than to say we need to work and stay together as a club.
Two members do not a club make. We are bigger than they are. Many didn't get
it that way to to each and every one that did not...I am sorry.
