Technically it's your puppy but if I really liked the co-owner (and I
wouldn't co-own unless I really, really did <G>), I'd offer to co-own the
puppy if
it was a star; if not I'd sell it and make the co-owner whole on the 1/2 the
stud fee. Of course, most stud dog owners would offer a repeat on a one
puppy litter....
