When Burbank said they changed the zoning and they had to cancel, I offered
to get a change from the city to allow the contract. The club said not to
bother. And canceled the national at that location.
When Del Mar claimed they had to raise the contract terms, I offered to
force them to go with the original signed contract amounts, and I was told
not
to bother.
I offered to do all that for free, and was denied the offer.
So, I stopped making any offers.
