That's ALMOST right. Constant Contact does say that you should have permission or reasonable knowledge that the receiving person will accept the email. You basically agree that is correct. But there is a way to easily s stop getting them (LOL) the list didn't like me using a word and bounced it back. clean word, just sounded like a command to the server:-) and if you are careful, very few people do that and you don't get dinged as spam.
