Remember, folks.
- Welcomes, congratulations, condolences. These are private matters, and should
be sent privately, not to the List. They add greatly to post volume,
causing subscribers mailboxes to fill up quickly and overflow. Sometimes the
person is set to vacation and will not get it!
and if anybody has forgotten the list rules, that were put in place years ago,
when this list was just started, by a group of very wise people.
It makes it MUCH easier for the current Administrators if list members would
remember and follow
