would be more concerned with doing right for their constituants, instead of

I don't know if I am a liberal or a conservative, but I think states
rights are important and that there is a reason that our country has a house
of
representatives. Not that there is anything wrong with that.
WE are not a group of independent regions, states, or divisions. We are a
national club for the betterment of the breed, not a bunch of states
looking for pork for our own areas.
There is a problem when we start to think we have to compete for resources
for our own constiutants.
