Evan I need help on this one.
In England if the accuser fails to prove his case in court he must pay all
court costs. In other words you lose you pay including the attorney's fees of
the person you accused. I think this would solve many problems before the get
out of hand. It would force folks to really think before they accuse.

No it doesn't. At least not to me. That's why I said there is room for
improvement. Maybe a good legal advisor should review all actions. That
could help avoid a lot of conflicts. Maybe a mediator, to intervene before
the word "sue" gets mentioned.
Of course, when I suggested this in the past they called me trouble maker.
Now here we are.
