"Not too bad" in the hands of some with the hidden meaning in the
wording can become complete disregard for an animal owner over
time......let alone a Breeder or the animals. As Peggy and Stormy warn
us.....be aware, be vigilant and be suspicious ........<G>
SELDOM do they really have the pet owner or breeder best interest at heart.

Not going to comment specifically...but my word of warning is:
Some of these bills do sound pretty good...that is the trick to
them....make most of it look stellar, and there, hiding right under the
vegetables, is the poisoned meat...
the people behind these laws have an enviable talent for slipping the noose
in where you least expect it...and where you will miss it.
If you think any animal bill is good, read it carefully...concentrating,
not while you watch TV or eat lunch...and make sure there's no hidden agenda
there...
because I'm telling you, more than 3/4s of the bills proposed will not do
the good they propose, but they will certainly accomplish just what you (and
we all) don't want.
Do I sound paranoid? Good. Regarding dog laws,
we should ALL be paranoid!
